MORE ABOUT MOLECULAR HYDROGEN AND WHY IT’S SO SPECIAL

There are plenty of antioxidants available in food, so why would one more antioxidant be so special???

First is H2’s size. Molecular hydrogen is smaller than any other antioxidant. It easily passes into cells and crosses the blood brain barrier making it far more effective than any other antioxidant.

Second, it’s completely safe. Not only does the body naturally produce H2, some antioxidants become free radicals themselves, at least temporarily, after they donate their electron. However with H2, after donating it’s extra electron to the most dangerous free radical of all, a hydroxyl free radical, it joins with the oxygen molecule (H2+ O) to become harmless, neutral, water to be safely eliminated from the body.

Third, molecular hydrogen is a selective antioxidant which means it only attacks harmful free radicals and doesn’t effect free radicals that are beneficial to the body.

Finally, the fact that molecular hydrogen signals the production of enzymes in the body which reduce the bad free radicals is icing on the cake!
